Do you have a Good Will?

We have been regularly coming across people who do not have a Will in Australia and do not really know why they should make a Will.  Wills and Estate law and practice in Australia is very complex and involved, and it differs from same in Europe and many other countries.  Many people, unfortunately, are not aware of how things work in Australia.

In attempt to address common misconceptions and to offer some guidance, we prepared Guide to Wills (English and Russian versions).  The Guide shows reasons for making a Will, reasons to re-consider already existing Will and addresses the most common (but mistaken) reasons for not having a Will.
